Privacy Policy

This policy explains how TradeLabX (the website www.tradelabx.com and the TradeLabX Android app) collects and uses your data. The Android app opens the same website; it does not collect anything beyond what is described here.

1. Data we collect

  • Account: username, email address and password. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash (bcrypt), never in plain text. We also store the account creation date, trial start and end dates, last sign-in time and subscription status.
  • Preferences: the site language you choose, your watchlist and whether you completed the introduction tour.
  • Telegram notifications (optional, only if you turn them on): your Telegram chat ID, notification settings (minimum score, timeframe, scan interval) and a short record of recently sent signals so the same signal is not sent twice. If you use your own bot, its bot token is stored as well.
  • Password reset: a hashed one-time token that expires after 1 hour.
  • Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you signed in (up to 30 days). Your IP address is processed in server memory to block brute-force and abuse attempts; it is not saved to our database. Our hosting provider's server logs may contain your username and the time of requests for a limited period.
  • Usage statistics: which features you open in the app (for example "pre-trade check opened" or "scan run"), when, and the device type (Android app, mobile browser or desktop). We record only the feature name, never what you enter or which coins you look at. When you sign up we also note how you found us: the campaign tag in the link you used (for example "tiktok") or the name of the website that sent you. These records are linked to your account so we can see, for example, whether new users come back after their first day. They are kept on our own servers and are not shared with any analytics or advertising company.
  • Stored only on your device: preferences such as language, price alerts and chart settings are kept in your browser's local storage and are not sent to us.

We do not collect payment card details, exchange API keys or exchange account access, location, contacts, photos or advertising IDs. TradeLabX shows no ads, uses no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking tools and never sells your data.

2. Why we use it

  • To create and run your account and free trial, and to keep you signed in.
  • To send the Telegram notifications you enable, in the language you selected on the site.
  • To send password reset links you request.
  • To protect the service against abuse (rate limiting, blocking suspended accounts).
  • To answer your support and subscription requests.
  • To understand which features are used and where new users come from, so we can improve the app (usage statistics).

3. Services that process data for us

  • Render (application hosting), MongoDB Atlas (database) and Cloudflare (domain and network security). They process data only to provide their service to us.
  • Telegram, only if you turn on Telegram notifications. Messages are delivered to your Telegram chat.
  • An email delivery service, only to send password reset emails.
  • To show live market data, your browser loads public data directly from Binance, OKX and CryptoCompare, fonts from Google Fonts and a chart library from jsDelivr. Like any website request, these services can see your IP address and browser type. We do not send them any account information.

4. How long we keep it

  • Account data is kept as long as your account exists.
  • When you delete your account, your account record, settings, Telegram connection, usage statistics and all sign-in sessions are removed from our database immediately.
  • Sessions expire after 30 days without use. Password reset tokens expire after 1 hour.
  • Usage statistics are deleted automatically after 13 months, and immediately when you delete your account.
  • Hosting server logs are deleted automatically by the provider after a limited retention period.

5. Your rights and choices

  • Delete your account at any time: see how to delete your account.
  • Stop Telegram notifications: turn them off in the Telegram window on the site, or send /stop to the TradeLabX bot.
  • Access or correct your data: your account details are shown under "My Account". For anything else, email us.
  • You can exercise your rights under applicable data protection laws (for example KVKK in Türkiye or the GDPR in the EU) by contacting us.

6. Security

All traffic uses HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, session cookies are HTTP-only, and sign-in and password reset attempts are rate limited. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

7. Age requirement

TradeLabX is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.

8. Not investment advice

Signals, scores, trade plans and Paper Bot results are rule-based analysis for information only. They are not investment advice. TradeLabX does not execute real trades or hold your funds.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.

Bu politika, TradeLabX'in (www.tradelabx.com sitesi ve TradeLabX Android uygulaması) verilerinizi nasıl topladığını ve kullandığını açıklar. Android uygulaması aynı siteyi açar; burada anlatılanların dışında veri toplamaz.

1. Topladığımız veriler

  • Hesap: kullanıcı adı, e-posta adresi ve şifre. Şifreler yalnızca geri çevrilemez biçimde (bcrypt özeti) saklanır, hiçbir zaman açık metin olarak tutulmaz. Ayrıca hesap açılış tarihi, deneme başlangıç ve bitiş tarihleri, son giriş zamanı ve abonelik durumu saklanır.
  • Tercihler: sitede seçtiğiniz dil, izleme listeniz ve tanıtım turunu tamamlayıp tamamlamadığınız.
  • Telegram bildirimleri (isteğe bağlı, yalnızca açarsanız): Telegram sohbet kimliğiniz (chat ID), bildirim ayarlarınız (minimum skor, zaman dilimi, tarama aralığı) ve aynı sinyalin iki kez gönderilmemesi için son gönderilen sinyallerin kısa kaydı. Kendi botunuzu kullanıyorsanız botunuzun token'ı da saklanır.
  • Şifre sıfırlama: 1 saat sonra geçersiz olan, özeti alınmış tek kullanımlık kod.
  • Teknik veriler: oturumunuzu açık tutan bir oturum çerezi (en fazla 30 gün). IP adresiniz, kaba kuvvet ve kötüye kullanım denemelerini engellemek için sunucu belleğinde işlenir; veritabanımıza kaydedilmez. Barındırma sağlayıcımızın sunucu kayıtlarında kullanıcı adınız ve isteklerin zamanı sınırlı bir süre bulunabilir.
  • Kullanım istatistikleri: uygulamada hangi özellikleri açtığınız (örneğin "işlem öncesi kontrol açıldı" ya da "tarama yapıldı"), ne zaman açtığınız ve cihaz türü (Android uygulaması, telefon tarayıcısı ya da bilgisayar). Yalnızca özelliğin adını kaydederiz; girdiğiniz değerleri ya da baktığınız coinleri kaydetmeyiz. Kaydolurken bizi nasıl bulduğunuzu da not ederiz: kullandığınız bağlantıdaki kampanya etiketi (örneğin "tiktok") ya da sizi yönlendiren sitenin adı. Bu kayıtlar, örneğin yeni kullanıcıların ilk günden sonra geri gelip gelmediğini görebilmemiz için hesabınızla ilişkilendirilir. Kendi sunucularımızda tutulur, hiçbir analiz veya reklam şirketiyle paylaşılmaz.
  • Yalnızca cihazınızda saklananlar: dil, fiyat alarmları ve grafik ayarları gibi tercihler tarayıcınızın yerel depolamasında tutulur ve bize gönderilmez.

Ödeme kartı bilgisi, borsa API anahtarı veya borsa hesabı erişimi, konum, rehber, fotoğraf ya da reklam kimliği toplamayız. TradeLabX reklam göstermez, üçüncü taraf analiz, reklam veya izleme aracı kullanmaz ve verilerinizi asla satmaz.

2. Verileri neden kullanıyoruz

  • Hesabınızı ve ücretsiz denemenizi oluşturmak, yürütmek ve oturumunuzu açık tutmak için.
  • Açtığınız Telegram bildirimlerini, sitede seçtiğiniz dilde göndermek için.
  • İstediğiniz şifre sıfırlama bağlantılarını göndermek için.
  • Hizmeti kötüye kullanıma karşı korumak için (deneme sınırları, askıya alınan hesapların engellenmesi).
  • Destek ve abonelik taleplerinizi yanıtlamak için.
  • Hangi özelliklerin kullanıldığını ve yeni kullanıcıların nereden geldiğini anlayıp uygulamayı geliştirmek için (kullanım istatistikleri).

3. Verileri bizim adımıza işleyen hizmetler

  • Render (uygulama barındırma), MongoDB Atlas (veritabanı) ve Cloudflare (alan adı ve ağ güvenliği). Verileri yalnızca bize hizmet vermek için işlerler.
  • Telegram, yalnızca Telegram bildirimlerini açarsanız. Mesajlar Telegram sohbetinize iletilir.
  • Bir e-posta gönderim hizmeti, yalnızca şifre sıfırlama e-postaları için.
  • Canlı piyasa verilerini göstermek için tarayıcınız herkese açık verileri doğrudan Binance, OKX ve CryptoCompare'den, yazı tiplerini Google Fonts'tan ve grafik kütüphanesini jsDelivr'den yükler. Her web isteğinde olduğu gibi bu hizmetler IP adresinizi ve tarayıcı türünüzü görebilir. Onlara hiçbir hesap bilgisi göndermeyiz.

4. Saklama süresi

  • Hesap verileri hesabınız var olduğu sürece saklanır.
  • Hesabınızı sildiğinizde hesap kaydınız, ayarlarınız, Telegram bağlantınız, kullanım istatistikleriniz ve tüm oturumlarınız veritabanımızdan hemen silinir.
  • Oturumlar 30 gün kullanılmazsa sona erer. Şifre sıfırlama kodları 1 saat sonra geçersiz olur.
  • Kullanım istatistikleri 13 ay sonra otomatik olarak, hesabınızı sildiğinizde ise hemen silinir.
  • Barındırma sunucusu kayıtları, sağlayıcı tarafından sınırlı bir saklama süresinin sonunda otomatik olarak silinir.

5. Haklarınız ve seçenekleriniz

  • Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz: hesap silme adımlarına bakın.
  • Telegram bildirimlerini durdurma: sitedeki Telegram penceresinden kapatın ya da TradeLabX botuna /stop yazın.
  • Verilerinize erişme veya düzeltme: hesap bilgileriniz "Hesabım" penceresinde görünür. Diğer talepler için bize e-posta gönderin.
  • 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve diğer geçerli veri koruma yasaları kapsamındaki haklarınızı bize ulaşarak kullanabilirsiniz.

6. Güvenlik

Tüm trafik HTTPS ile şifrelenir. Şifreler özet olarak saklanır, oturum çerezleri yalnızca sunucu tarafından okunabilir (HTTP-only) ve giriş ile şifre sıfırlama denemeleri sınırlandırılır. Hiçbir iletim veya saklama yöntemi %100 güvenli değildir, ancak verilerinizi korumak için çalışırız.

7. Yaş sınırı

TradeLabX 18 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar içindir, çocuklara yönelik değildir.

8. Yatırım tavsiyesi değildir

Sinyaller, skorlar, işlem planları ve Paper Bot sonuçları yalnızca bilgilendirme amaçlı, kural tabanlı analizlerdir; yatırım tavsiyesi değildir. TradeLabX gerçek işlem yapmaz ve paranızı tutmaz.

9. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı değiştirirsek sayfanın başındaki tarihi güncelleriz.
